GREG ROWLEY
RealtorGreg is a REALTOR® in the State of Idaho, interfacing directly with both buyers and sellers all day, every day. He is the former Director of Golf at The Golf Club at Black Rock and former assistant golf professional at the Hayden Lake Country Club. After leaving the golf business in 2007, Greg wrote a book called Golf Naked, The Bare Essentials Revealed, which has sold more than 20,000 copies world-wide and earned him the Benjamin Franklin Award as the IBPAA “Book of the Year” in 2009. Greg’s entry point into Real Estate sales came in 2011, where he’s been excelling ever since. Greg is a NORTH IDAHO NATIVE, and MEMBER at both Black Rock and Hayden Lake Country Club (HLCC). He and his wife Jillian have two college-aged daughters, Taylin and Marin.
MATT BAINE
RealtorMatt is a REALTOR® in the State of Idaho. Matt has a decorated 25 years in the golf industry including experience at many of the Top 100 Clubs in the country. While working in high-end communities as a PGA Golf Professional and Club Manager, Matt has developed a keen sense on customer service while focusing on lifestyle and family values. With the established success at Luxury Homes North Idaho and Matt's passion for hospitality, the partnership is a winning combination. Matt and his wife Molly met in the golf industry and eventually moved to Coeur d'Alene in 2007 where Matt continued his career in golf. Matt is a MEMBER at both CDA National Reserve and HLCC. He and Molly have two children, Lola and Bo.
MOLLY BAINE
Transaction CoordinatorMolly is a REALTOR® in the State of Idaho, and functions as the company’s LISTINGS MANAGER and TRANSACTION COORDINATOR. Molly handles the paperwork for both buyer- and seller-side transactions. Her responsibilities are varied and vast, ranging from assisting sellers in lling out the listing forms to synchronizing home inspections for buyers and coordinating the closings for each. Molly’s career also began in the golf industry, where she met her husband Matt. They moved to Coeur d’Alene in 2007. They have two children, Lola and Bo.
NIKKI LONGWELL
Marketing ManagerNikki is a MARKETING SPECIALIST with experience in ADVERTISING and GRAPHIC DESIGN. Nikki’s primary functions are to interface with sellers in preparing the multi-media materials that are necessary to promote each listing. She creates the printed brochures and magazine advertisements, assists in the production of NORTH IDAHO LUXURY LIFESTYLE magazine, manages the websites, and handles the online promotion of each listing on the various real estate industry websites and social media platforms. Nikki and her husband Brian are both locals, living here in North Idaho for most of their lives. They have three children, Halle, Tayler and Reid.
PAULA MERK
Social Media SpecialistPaula joined LUXURY HOMES NORTH IDAHO in 2020 as our SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST. She's our "behind the scenes" team member who creatively displays and ensures our listings are promoted on all of our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Paula and her husband Josh live in Coeur d'Alene and enjoy all it has to offer. They have two teenage daughters, Reese and Drew.
